A retired prosecutor with the California Attorney General's Office, He twice argued (and won) cases at the Supreme Court of the United States . Bob has been for the past 25 years a professional wine judge.and Director of The Mid-American Wine Competion (Iowa) and the Temecula Valley Wine Competition. Bob also spends his time as Editor of The California Grapevine Wine Newsletter.
Joining Bob on the broadcast , William Bloxom Carter, Chef at the Playboy Mansion , one of the judges this year.
Dan has a background in the wine business that is hard to match. Starting at one of the premier Sparkling Wine houses , Schramsberg, he put Lacrema Winery on the map before becoming a partner with the Dutton Family and founding Dutton Goldfield Winery. Dan will be talking about Western Sonoma wines, and his take on the new vintages.
