Owner/Winemaker at Kokomo Winery in the Dry Creek Valley, Erik is chalking up awards across the nation. Kokomo excels in both white , red, and rose wines , recently winning The Sweepstakes Prize at The North Coast Wine Challenge. Erik will be with us to talk about new releases , and the Indy International Wine Competition happening this summer at Purdue University.
One of the Winemakers at Heitz Cellar in Napa , Eric has a strong family background in the business. Leaving the family winery in the middle of the US, Eric came to California for college and went directly to a position at one of the most respected wineries in all of California. Eric will tell us what life is like for a young mover and shaker in this business. Eric is also here to tell us his experiences with the big Indy Competition.
